Does the tool capture all worksheets within the Excel file?
Yes, every visible worksheet, each starting on a new page under its sheet name. Hidden sheets are left out, so a tab you hid does not end up in a PDF you share.
Do I need a paid subscription to convert large spreadsheets?
No. There is no fee and no limit set by us. The limit is your browser: the whole workbook is drawn as one image before it is cut into pages, so a very long sheet can be more than the browser can draw, on an iPhone or iPad sooner than on a computer.
