Organize PDF pages by dragging thumbnails into a new order, rotating single pages and deleting the ones you no longer need. The pages are rearranged on your own device, so the document is never sent to a server.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF
- Move up: shifts a page one place earlier, and the arrow beside it one place later, or drag the thumbnail. A new order drops page labels such as i, ii, iii and the screen reader order.
- Rotate 90°: turns that one page a quarter turn clockwise, on top of any rotation it already has. Press again for 180° and 270°; a fourth press puts it back.
- Delete page: removes the page from the file itself, not only from the list, with any form field that sat only on it and any link that led to it. The last page cannot be deleted.
- Continue Editing: goes back to the pages as you left them for one more change. Each save starts again from your original file, so a page you turned is not turned twice.
